Camp Cancellation by Participant

• All camp cancellations must be submitted in writing (email).
• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the first day of camp are eligible for a full refund minus a non-refundable administrative fee.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first day of camp are not eligible for a refund.

 Camp Cancellation by the Organization

• If a camp day or an entire camp is canceled due to weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive either:
• A refund, or acredit toward a future camp, as determined by the organization.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
